CLOSED: Cell At Auction LLC is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire a 60-year Crown Castle Site Lease easement In the City of Lubbock, Texas. The original lease Option was exercised on June 30, 2008 for five years with an additional five (5) year renewal options. There is a 3% annual rent increases and the initial rent was $950 per month. There is no provision for a co-location or revenue share when additional carriers are added. A First Amendment was signed on September 12, 2018 where the initial five (5) year renewal terms were eliminated and replaced with eleven (5) year renewal terms. The current monthly rent is $1,524.47. Should all renewal terms be exercised this lease will expire on June 29. 2068. In addition, a Right of First Refusal was added to this first amendment. Currently Verizon and T-Mobile are the two carriers on the tower. Lubbock is a city in the U.S. state of Texas and the seat of Lubbock County with a population of 266,878 in 2023.
