It is a suburb of Chicago. Per the 2020 census, the population was 24,200. The rent currently is set at 65% of the Gross Monthly license fees.  The Gross annual rent is $177,744.24.   The second and last amendment was signed in May, 2012 between D.S. Holdings (the previous owner) and Pinnacle Towers.  Crown Castle International Corp.
