Cell At Auction LLC presents a unique opportunity to acquire an SBA owned tower ground lease site easement in Daphne, Alabama. The original site lease commenced in September 2001 for an initial term of five years with five additional five (5) year renewal terms. The initial rent was $6,000 per year with a 10% increase each renewal term. The final extension will expire in September 2031. There is no Right of First Refusal. There are currently four carriers on the tower, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and DISH. In June 2023 the landlord assigned this lease to VCP Capital Ventures 1, LLC (the seller).
