Bud Blinick

Bud Blinick has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate, Auction and Telecommunications industries. As the Midwest Director of Chartwell Group, LLC, Bud was involved in over $60 million in sales. He spent 19 years as the Senior VP of Sheldon & Good Company, where he was a key contributor to its national growth, overseeing $300 million in auction sales throughout 30 states. As a Senior Director at RealTel, Bud managed a national staff responsible for site acquisition that executed telecommunications access agreements to over 12,000 sites. Bud also managed acquisition specialists and sourced new purchase opportunities as the Senior VP of Vision Realty Partners, further solidifying his Real Estate expertise.

In addition to management in the fields of Auction and Real Estate, Bud is an instructor for the Missouri Auction School, where he received his education. He has also donated his services as an auctioneer, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for numerous charitable organizations. 

Mark Swislow

Mark Swislow is an accomplished entrepreneur with a history of successful ventures. Mark was the founder, CEO, and President of C2, a computer accessories company that grew into a category leader in just 15 years. C2 manufactured products all over the world and maintained a huge distribution network including mass market, office superstores, wholesale clubs and business to business channels. He sold C2 to Fellowes Inc, where he remained as Executive VP and General Manager of its Consumer Accessories and Consumer Electronics Business units until 2004. In 2006, Mark created another successful company, Visionworks, which developed and commercialized the Black and Decker paper shredder.

Due to Mark’s excellent track record of building successful businesses, he has served as a consultant for brands such as Zebra Technologies, Steiner Electric, and BCV (a social media marketing agency). He has also been involved in the startup of niche companies such as Evans Benders and SmartScoot. Mark has taken leadership roles on numerous boards including Solomon Schechter Day Schools, Gaples Institute for Integrated Cardiology, BCV, and the Board of Jewish Education.
