Bible Broadcasting Network recently purchased 99.9 WCPQ Park Forest which transmits atop the tower. WCPQ covers the southern suburbs of Chicago along with Joliet and Kankakee. Total income is $38,598 and the current ground lease is $5,000/year. The tower was built in 1977 on a 99-year lease. Significant upside as tower is right along I-57 near Kankakee between Chicago and Champaign, IL in Will County. There is no ROFR. Current tenants include BBN, Midwest Surf/ Air Inc. and Midwest SBA. Tower Owner paid a prorated share of real estate taxes for 2017 of $2900.19. There is a cinderblock building that is to be part of the sale. The building has new HVAC installed June 2018.
